  • Once you have collected your bags and exited customs and immigration, your driver will then be waiting to greet you with your personalised name board in the arrivals hall.

  • Once you have located the driver at the pick-up location, they will then assist with bags and escort you to the car, which will be parked nearby in the designated pick-up zone.

  • Before setting off, the driver will make sure your luggage is fully loaded and confirm your route and destination.

Delays, Early Arrivals & Waiting Time

  • Waiting policy: We offer a 1-hour (60 mins) grace period for all airport pickups. After this time, we charge a fair rate of £50 to £95 per hour, charged at 15-minute intervals (confirmed at the time of booking).

How To Book Our Airport Transfer Services

  • Receive a call or email from our dedicated team with your personalised quotation and confirm you are happy to proceed.

  • You will receive your booking invoice along with a payment link. You can then make a payment using any major debit or credit card, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Do you charge for flight delays?

We track all incoming flights and adjust accordingly. After the grace period for arrivals (1 hour after the flight lands), standard waiting charges may apply. These vary depending on which vehicle you have booked and range from £50 to £95 per hour. The waiting time is charged in 15-minute increments, so if the driver waits an additional 30 minutes, you will only be charged for 30 minutes, not the full hour.

Where will my chauffeur stand?

If you have booked the meet-and-greet service, your chauffeur will stand in the arrivals hall with your nameboard, close to the customs exit (terminal specifics are in our Pick-Up Guide). If you have not opted for the meet and greet service, then our driver will send you a text message once he arrives, instructing you to the correct pickup zone for your passenger terminal.

Can you provide child seats?

Yes, we can provide child seats, booster seats, and baby seats in various sizes at a small charge of £10 per seat. If you require a child seat, please request it at the time of booking so we can allocate the correct vehicle.

Is Wi-Fi available?
