- Once your plane has landed and you have collected your luggage, follow the signs to the arrivals hall at Terminal 1. Once you enter the arrivals hall, look for the chauffeur pickup on the left.
- Your chauffeur will be waiting here, displaying your nameboard or company logo.
- As Manchester is a major airport, it can be extremely busy at peak times. If you are unable to locate your driver, please stand in a visible area near the meeting point and call your driver’s number. The best place to wait is outside the WHSmiths located on the left of the arrivals hall.
Terminal 2 Pick Up Location: Where To Meet Your Chauffeur T2
- Once your plane lands at Manchester Airport Terminal 2 in the UK, follow the exit signs to reach the arrivals area.
- When you exit through the doors and enter arrivals, you will be greeted by your private hire driver holding up your personal name sign, providing the most seamless experience for your airport transfer.
- If you do not manage to locate your chauffeur driver in the arrival hall, then please make your way to the Travelex Currency Exchange, which is located in front of the arrivals hall main doors in Terminal 2.
- Once here, please call your chauffeur driver on the mobile number you were provided along with your driver details.
- Due to Terminal 2 being the largest of the three terminals at Manchester Airport, baggage reclaiming can take longer. If your bags are delayed or you are held up in customs, please don’t worry and text or call your driver to inform them of the delay.
Terminal 3 Pick Up Location: Where To Meet Your Chauffeur T3
- Terminal 3 is the smallest of the three terminals at Manchester Airport and is typically the quickest to exit. Due to this, we ensure that your professional chauffeur driver is waiting for you with your name sign when you arrive.
- There are 2 exit doors at this terminal hall. If you exit through the right door, you will need to turn left and enter the main arrival hall, where you will be greeted by your driver.
- If you exit from the left door, then your driver will be standing in front of you with your personal name sign.
- If you cannot find your driver here, please call them on the mobile number provided. Your driver will then come to meet you in front of the Travelex Currency Exchange.

Once our professional chauffeur has located their passengers, they will escort them to the pick-up zone, ensuring they assist with the baggage and suitcases. Once you have safely entered the car, the chauffeur will confirm the journey and destination, and inform you of any potential delays.
